"Usually solid on stock"
I’ve ordered from AirsoftMegastore a few times now, and the inventory is usually decent. A couple things I wanted were out of stock, but then I’d look around and, actually, there were still enough similar options that it wasn’t a big deal. The site made it easy to tell what was available, and my order didn’t get cancelled or anything, so that was a relief. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the popular mags and parts didn’t sell out so fast

"Checkout was easy"
I picked up a few parts and, checkout was smooth overall. The shipping options were clear, and my payment went through on the first try, which is always nice. The site did slow down a bit on one page, but... yeah, it wasn’t anything too frustrating. Overall, good experience.

"Pretty good selection, not gonna lie"
Not gonna lie, they do carry some solid airsoft brands, which was nice to see. I just wish they had a few more of the ones I was looking for, because some were either out of stock or not listed at all.

The product itself feels like decent value for the price, so I can’t really complain too much there. To be fair, it’s not a bad buy at all. The only thing that makes me hesitate is the shipping cost, which kind of takes away from the savings. If shipping were a bit cheaper, I’d feel a lot better about the overall deal...

The product pages are decent and usually cover the main specs, which definitely helps when I’m comparing airsoft guns and gear. That said, some of the descriptions feel a little too short, and I still had to search around for extra info elsewhere. It’s not bad overall, but I REALLY wish they were clearer about what’s included and what’s actually compatible.

"Backorder Was Fine, Just Needed Better Updates"
I ordered a few parts and one of them ended up being on backorder. To be fair, they did let me know, and I understand delays happen sometimes. That’s just part of ordering parts. But the updates were slow, and I had to reach out myself to see what was going on. I did get the part eventually, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall, just not as smooth as it could’ve been. A little more communication would’ve made a big difference.

Airsoft Megastore had some compatibility info that helped me narrow down a few parts for my build, so I’ll give them that. But some of the details felt a little too vague, like I wasn’t totally sure if I was getting the full picture.
I ended up checking other sites before ordering because I didn’t fully trust the fitment info on its own. It worked out okay, but they really should make those notes clearer so you’re not left wondering if something’s going to fit or if you’re about to make a bad buy.

"Tracking could’ve been better"
My order did arrive, but the tracking updates were a bit confusing and slow along the way. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, but for what I paid, I think the shipping info should’ve been clearer and more reliable

"Got the wrong items and felt left in the dark"
I ordered a few parts, but when the box showed up, the items inside were wrong even though the packing slip was correct. I had to reach out to get it fixed, and the whole process took way longer than I expected. What made it more frustrating was not really knowing what was going on or when it would be sorted out, so I felt kind of left in the dark. Annoying experience overall.

I ordered some airsoft gear and tried using a promo code, and wow, it was a tiny saga. The code didn’t work the first time, which was annoying, but after I reloaded the cart like I was performing some kind of digital ritual, it finally applied.
The discount was decent, nothing earth-shattering, but I’ll take it. Checkout went smoothly after that, though I really wish the promo code box wasn’t so dramatic and glitchy...

In my experience, they have a decent range of airsoft guns and parts, and I did find some useful stuff. That said, a few things I was looking for were either out of stock or didn’t have many options to choose from. The prices seemed fair to me, but I wish the inventory felt a bit more current. Overall, it’s not a bad place to look, but I still ended up checking other sites too.

Logging in and checking my order history was easy, which makes the whole shopping experience feel a lot less stressful. It’s nice when the basic account stuff just works and you don’t have to think about it. The only thing I’d improve is the password reset—it took longer than I expected, and when you’re locked out, even a small delay feels bigger.

"Not the best for beginners, right?"
I’m new to airsoft, so I was hoping this would make choosing starter gear a little easier, you know? But a lot of the info felt kind of confusing, and I wasn’t really sure what I was supposed to go with. Support also took a while to get back to me, which didn’t help. Maybe it works better if you already know what you’re doing, but as a beginner, I ended up more lost than when I started

I ordered from Airsoft Megastore after looking through the product photos a few times, and what showed up was exactly what I expected. Everything looked just like the pictures, with no weird surprises or cheap-looking parts.

I had to put in a warranty claim for a rifle that quit working. It took a few emails back and forth, but they ended up taking care of it and sent me the replacement part. It wasn’t the fastest process, but overall I’d say it was fair
